At Borrowed Words, every memorial is thoughtfully written and customized specifically for your loved one. Because each piece is created exclusively from the information you provide, please review our policy before placing your order.

Personalized Services

All writing services are custom created and tailored to your loved one. Work begins immediately after payment is received. Because of the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final once payment has been submitted and writing has begun.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of complimentary revisions listed in the selected service. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

Rush Orders

Priority Rush and Rush Order fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Because these services require us to prioritize your order and immediately adjust our production schedule, rush fees cannot be refunded after work has started.

If We Are Unable to Complete Your Order

If Borrowed Words is unable to complete your order due to unforeseen circumstances before work has begun, you will receive a full refund.
